Make any webpage an Epub!
Earlier I posted about adding PDF’s easily to your new iPad. Today Chad Reynolds shared a tool with me that will convert any webpage into an Epub to be read on e-readers like the Kindle and the Nook as well as tablets such as the iPad or iPod touch. Lets take a look at DotEpub.

Recently I have heard that teachers are having a hard time with students and parents asking “Is this an AR book?” and the teacher has to look through the lists and see if the book is on the list. Bundling links for use in class
Wouldn’t it be nice to add a link to your syllabus at the beginning of the year that has your blog, your Diigo feed and resources that will be used throughout the year. Now you can. There are 3 services that allow you to take multiple links and media and “Bundle” them into one short link. Lets take a look.

White House Releases Educator Kit
Today the Obama administration released a toolkit for Educators with lesson plans and tools to help with 2011 National Financial Capability Challenge “The Challenge, which begins March 7, will include a voluntary online exam for high school students that helps teach about saving, budgeting, investing, and other important skills critical to building a strong financial future.
