I interested in reading about and then implementing the deployment of apps on prepared and managed devices. Our school district currently has over 400 iPads associated with Apple Configurator and more on the way! Configuring these devices has been a learning process that has transpired from the first iPads associated with iTunes to now having the devices managed by Apple Configurator. In learning configurator your Apple Configurator walk through videos were very helpful in learning the implementation process, so I look forward to reading your book.

Looks like an essential for schools who are/have implemented configurator. Looking forward to what you put together.

As an IT Technician who has set up one iPad with Configurator, but will be doing 1000 this summer, I’m interested in learning some best practices! The sample workflows look very interesting.

  • Techy

As a tech who manages over 200 iPads in carts at a high school, I’m thrilled that there is a comprehensive resource out there for us. There is so little good info & support out there for configurator. TJs articles & YouTube videos have been the most helpful resource to date and I’m hoping that the book will expand on that. Soooo happy there’s a book for us to use!

This would be most useful to me especially right now, where I’d like to learn how to possibly create an automated method for on-the-fly profile creation. Any info. about this area to me would be much appreciated. So far your blog offers most insightful stuff than found elsewhere. Getting a book like this would be great! 🙂

  • The internet has spoken! The 3 Winners are Chris Denesha, Kduffek, and BJ Thaman. Please send your email addresses to Tj [at] tjhouston.com and the publisher will be in touch with you! Thanks for your continued support!
