Very good explanations! Its quite impressive how easy this stuff is with some explainations. Configurator is a great tool that allows for people to utilize full function capabilities of their devices, but at the same time, there has to be more. This is a wonderful tool, but very limited, especially for large companies. Mdm is a great answer to these issues and together they can do some powerful stuff.

Hi TJ,
I watched your video and love the explanation. Before Apple Configurator I just hooked up and deployed my iPad/iPods through iTunes. I am a VPP user. I purchased the apps through VPP then redeemed one code through iTunes to get the App on the MAC. Now that I am using Apple Configurator, I add the App and point the paid apps to the VPP spreadsheet codes. However, I had to redeem through iTunes one code initially to get the App on iTunes, now Configurator recognizes the code but now says it is longer available, its grayed out. Do you have any idea how to get that redemption code back? I have 100's of $ invested in grayed out codes.

Thanks for your time,
Alison
